Abstract

In the implementation of learning mathematics should be created by a process of learning actively and creatively with the use of facilities / existing learning resources and support teachers’ competence to create / use of media / visual aids are educational so as to allow students to develop their full potential and to attract interest and attention of students in learning mathematics. How the research problem is formulated using bucamat to improve achievement of students learning the material tetrahedron classes 7B SMP Negeri 3 Tanggul Jember? From the obtained results of research conducted up increase mastery of the concept of a flat by using props and models of learning bucamat Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD). From the findings of this class action, the researchers recommended the implementation of learning or teaching to use the media / props bucamat cooperative approach to Student Teams-Achievement types Divisions (STAD) in learning the concept of a flat wake.
